Weekly and bi-weekly clients who pay for the first 2 upkeep visits get the first initial clean up (the big one) on the house! Monthly clients who pay for the first upkeep visit, same deal! I offer a yard deodorization spot treatment as well, if you stick with me for a month, The first 5 visits its added on for free, if you love it and want to continue, Its only 3-5 extra bucks per visit :)
